The attentive receptionist, Raymond, ensured I received a fantastic room, showcasing the hotel's commitment to customer service. The dining experience at the breakfast buffet was commendable; the variety offered was impressive, and the chefs were keen to cater to specific dietary requests. One small quibble-calling corn syrup maple won't sit well with this Canadian, so a simple label adjustment would enhance accuracy. The hotel boasts a beautiful pool, and although I preferred a quieter afternoon dip, it strikes a balance between relaxation and accessibility. the spa facilities offered a serene escape, making it a worthwhile treat during your stay. Conveniently located next to SM Aura, you'll find shopping and an excellent Italian trattoria, PREGO, just steps away. Brittany Hotel delivers good value, though it's wise to watch for minor oversights, ensuring you get the luxurious experience you seek.
